~ Using Crystals, Chakra Oracle Cards, Aura-Soma Color Essences 

Chakras are energy centres and serve as gateways for the flow of energy and life into the physical body. The word ‘chakra’ means “wheel” or “circle” in Sanskrit. There are little tiny ones all over the surface of the body but there are 7 main chakras. These are: 

The Root Chakra at the base of the spine, which is red.
The Sacral Chakra in the abdomen, which is orange.
The Solar Plexus Chakra in the solar plexus, which is yellow.
The Heart Chakra in the center of the chest, which is green.
The Throat Chakra in the throat, which is blue.
The Third Eye Chakra in the middle of the forehead, which is indigo.
The Crown Chakra, at the top of the head, which is violet. 

The chakras react and respond to energy and vibration. The energy flow of the chakra can be in disharmony as result of imbalance or stress in the emotional, mental or spiritual aspect of an individual. This disharmony can eventually cause physical illness.
